Many qualified equipment
has used to do test such as function, reliability ,and
environmental test in the FUDEN electronic corp..
The purpose of the quality test is to do the analysis
by collected data from the testing and ensure our design
theory and prototype product is qualified to go to the
next stage.

We can find some potential
problems by full & completed test in the first stage
of the design phase. If we can find the potential problem
in this stage, then we can fix the problem and release
ECN (engineering Change Notice).It is why we can make
sure that all of our products can meet customer’s request
on both product performance and reliability.
In addition, FUDEN’s engineers can design some special
fixture for specified test sequence to find out potential
problem in the short time because of our engineers have
many experiences on power supply field & Industry.
We can meet and exceed customer’s request in the quality
testing.
Our goals are to reduce fail rate of the products in the
production stage, and make sure that its quality is same
as our designation and lead-time to market.
Find out the potential problem in the design phase, it
is not only can reduce fail rate in production phase but
also reduce maintenance cost by product fault from market.
